BHT LV.4 When applied to the skin, it was associated with toxic effects in lung tissue in rats.

Titanium Dioxide; CI 77891 Lv.1-3
When used as a pigment, it is called titanium white, Pigment White 6 (PW6), or CI 77891
So far if you inhale the dust form, then it’s a possible carcinogen according to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

Polysorbate 60 is a level 3 and there’s concern because this ingredient could be contaminated with two carcinogens:
ETHYLENE OXIDE lv.10 (ethol-lean-ox-side)
1,4-DIOXANE lv. 8 (die-ox-zane)

Phenoxyethanol Lv.4 Used as a preservative in cosmetics and personal care products. Japan and the EU have restricted this ingredient to 1% in cosmetics. This ingredient is also known to give allergic reactions.
